Village of Whitesboro - Codes Department
Information from committee member:
Codes Enforcement Officer - David Neary
David Neary informed me that they are currently going through a "codification" process. Mr. Neary explained that they had just recently updated their codes and hired a company to put them all together. The company will bind a few version with a hard cover which anyone can purchase and they will also be putting the codes online. He said it is costly but they feel it is well worth the cost - one of the major benefits is as they change or update codes they will only have to send the updates to this company and they will rebind and update the online version of the codes for years to come."
"Mr. Neary said he currently only has a draft copy that I couldn't get a copy of in a timely manner but he offered to come to one of our meetings to go over their codes, give us information on their process/procedure and show us the codes program that he uses. (It sounds very similar to the program you discussed at the last meeting but I believe it may be a different program) If you are interested in having Mr. Neary come to one of our meetings let me know and I can set something up with him."
