2017 Village of Ilion Board Meeting Minutes

The village board meeting minutes for March 8, 2017 include the Department Reports. Unfortunately, these are not pdf files with text and instead are scans of hard copies. That file cannot be indexed for searching and it is 8 MB in size.

The original village meeting minute pdf files have been renamed so that they can be sorted chronologically and are organized by type of meeting. They can also be searched by keyword using the search box that appears at the top of every page. (Note - a few files are not searchable by keyword since they contain images of the meeting minutes instead of the actual text. When the clerk republishes those meeting minutes or the files get retyped into an MSWord file and saved as a pdf file, they will be uploaded here.)

File names indicate the following prefixes

BUDGET - budget meeting minutes

PH - public hearing meeting minutes

VB - village board meeting minutes

followed by yyyy-mm-dd (which stands for the 4 digit year, 2 digit month and 2 digit day of the month when the meeting was held)
