Ingredients
4 tablespoons garlic butter
1 loaf; french baguette or Italian bread
200-400 ml marinara, pizza, or spaghetti sauce
3 ounces sliced pepperoni (if you can find them)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Meanwhile, slice loaves of bread lengthwise and spread butter on the insides.
Sprinkle cheese over butter. Top with the pepperoni.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and starts turning golden brown.
Cut bread into 1-2 inch slices, then arrange around a bowl of sauce for dipping.
