Ingredients
4 ounces of your choice of breakfast meat (I use everything from bacon to sausage to lunchmeats to fried spam)
1 egg
1 splash of milk
2 slices of cheese
4 slices of bread
1 teaspoon butter
mayo
pepper
Directions
Fry up whatever meat you chose. Then set it aside.
Add the butter to the pan and spread it around.
Place your 4 slices of bread in the pan to toast. (I use a square pan for this)
Quickly place a slice of cheese on two of the slices of bread. Note: the bread will likely toast to a golden brown in less than 90 seconds, so be vigilant and remove it as soon as it's properly toasted.
Beat egg and splash of milk in a bowl before pouring into the frying pan.
When the egg is cooked, place the two slices of bread with cheese face up on a plate.
Add the meat on top of the cheese, followed by the egg divided between the two sandwiches.
Smear a bit of mayo on the two remaining slices of bread and add pepper to taste.
