The Zeitgeist Movement

The Zeitgeist Movement was created by Peter Joseph after an enlightening and controversial documentary he released in 2007 went viral worldwide called "Zeitgeist: The Movie". Then he released two more: "Zeitgeist: Addendum (2008)" and "Zeitgeist: Moving Forward (2011)". The basis of the movement is to bring about a Resource-Based Economy to take the place of traditional capitalism. Many of the ideas are from Jacque Fresco, the creator of "The Venus Project".

The ideas put forth are very enlightening and progressive. I don't necessarily agree with everything (such as needing to build circular cities right away, because we already have an infrastructure in place that we can start with) but I do agree with the root problems presented about the Human Condition and our World Control Systems as well as using automation technology to advance our means of production and our way of living.
