Owners, Executives, Managers, Employees
In Life’s Optimal Virtuous Economic System (The LOVE System), top owners, executives, and managers of corporations will still get their regular pay to make sure the transition runs smoothly by keeping production operating and making sure that all employees still have jobs, as well as opening up new job positions in order to lower weekly employee hours. Everyone’s pay will be the same for fewer hours of work, plus everyone gets a sizable raise. Technically we can give everyone a raise to try to make everyone happy, including the top owners, executives, and managers.
It won’t affect the rest of us by other people being rich, because they can’t use that money to buy people (us), our labor, or our time, or governments, politicians or war. Their “riches” are only spendable on personal shopping, not for buying people or the bulk resources of the world.
Our time, labor and other contributions to society are paid for from and by the LOVE System, not from or by other people. Top owners, execs, managers, etc. also get paid the same way, from and by the LOVE System.
And... Nobody Owes Anybody Anything!
