This is a government suppression order for Mr. Flanigan about his Neurophone technology from decades ago, they raided his home and took his research and equipment. Since then he's designed a lesser version that's on the market. I've used a Neurophone in person a couple times, it literally links to the brain to send audio directly to the auditory circuit in the brain bypassing the ears completely, the advanced design can let a deaf person hear, even if they were born without ears. I've got schematics for it too, it's actually somewhat simple technology I can build fairly easily.
This technology at other frequencies can also have the ability to connect to the vision circuits as well as other senses and bodily functions, memory circuits, thought circuit, and even the consciousness circuit to keep people less aware. They have already designed and successfully used a wireless version and was able to control an entire auditorium of 100's of people at once.
They use even more advanced technology today to control the population to keep people apathetic and less conscious as well as to make people angry and various other emotions. When they need to directly connect to specific individuals they do, the ones of us that they can't access (or connect to) because we have protections like virus/security software in our minds/consciousness to keep them out, they tend to go after those people through other people to manipulate their lives causing problems. This is to keep those certain awakened people from exposing this dark technology, so that the elite stay in power. Anyway, believe it or not, mind-control is absolutely a real scientific fact. It used to only be talked about in religious terms, like possession and such, but now it can be named in scientific terms.
Many will claim that the Neurophone is just a bone conduction device which is partly true for certain versions of the technology, but the one they keep secret is the advanced mind-control technology.

From past research I've done for over a decade, the elite can get people's blood so they can determine the person’s DNA-IP code which enables them to wirelessly connect to an individual's mind using specific DNA-IP address frequencies, much like connecting a computer to Wi-Fi, or Cell Phones connecting to the service providers through cell towers. They can triangulate people with cell towers as well as from satellites in space. When they connect to people, the person never has a clue they have been hacked. It works on animals as well. Also, DNA is a Double Helix Coil, it is a electromagnetic coil, coils are how electronics equipment works, without coils we wouldn't have wireless technologies and most other computer technologies. My college degree in electronics has helped me understand the depth of these technologies much better. Not to mention, I've seen this tech in action many times in 13 years.

Keep in mind that it's two-way, we can send out signals just as well as receive signals, we are 'Transceivers'. This is the basis of mind control technology.
The elite don't need to connect to people to mind-control them as long as the programming/indoctrination that we all received growing up takes hold. We are indoctrinated by our parents, teachers, peers, etc. to be slaves to a social and economic system to keep most people too busy in the system to ever realize the indoctrination, only a very few break free from the programming, it requires 'time' and an awakening of higher consciousness.
The programming/indoctrination began many generations back in time to our parents parents parents...so it's difficult for the majority of people to break free of the social programming to finally see many truths of this world and humanity. That's because the programming activates in people when someone is awakened, some call it the Agent Smith Effect, which causes the programmed person to lash out in anger, ridicule, disappointment and various other emotions to cause the awakened person major life problems, such as but not limited to, job loss, money problems, family problems...even to the point of being ostracized by that person's closest loves ones.
The awakened person in many cases will revert back to the programming because of the massive pain and struggle caused by the ridicule and persecution. Some however, stay awakened and keep pushing forward seeking further truth and trying to spread that truth. At that point, since the awakened person is so determined to reveal the truth to others, that person then experiences even worse treatment, that's when the elite use wireless mind-control technology to connect to everyone around that person to attempt to turn them against him/her in much worse ways, that's when the problems get almost unbearable for the enlightened person, some end up giving in and revert back to societies programming, the strongest and most determined ones push through horrible things to stay on track of revealing truth. That person can then experience homelessness, prison, violence from others and much much more.
The key to push through it is 'Love', the person must understand that people don't know what's going on so forgiveness and patience is very important. This can be very difficult, the enlightened person may not always be able to maintain positive emotion, a person can only take so much for so long, but that person can still debate and argue and even somewhat lose their temper while still controlling their actions and level of standing up for themselves, hopefully without getting physically violent. Love is very imperative to maintain throughout the journey.
