Disclaimer: This is just a theory or hypothesis, it doesn't mean I believe or disbelieve any of what is presented...except the facts, such as saltwater can be bombarded with radio-waves to liberate the hydrogen and oxygen...and that water in zero-gravity takes the shape of a globe like planets, moons & stars...and a few other facts.
