LOVE Union Constitution

Note: Still under construction but the Basic Human Rights are already listed.

The LOVE Union doesn’t “require” you to Love anyone, the LOVE system is designed with Love built into its foundation to prevent those that don’t Love others from hindering other people from their basic human rights of being able to eat, have a home, healthcare, education, and a clean, safe environment to have a healthy and comfortable standard of living. Just because some people don’t care about others doesn’t mean they have a say in (or power over) who gets to eat, because Everyone Eats, the laws within the LOVE Union are designed with the virtue that ALL Human Life has Inherent Value and an Intrinsic Right to Life, the #1 Law of the LOVE Union is that EVERYONE gets ALL the Basics of Living without ANY Economic Hardship.

The Constitution of The United States is the foundational law in the LOVE Union. The virtuous edicts of Human Rights within The Bill of Rights and The Declaration of Independence shall be upheld and elucidated in more specific terms, expanding each person’s Rights and Freedoms.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men* are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator** with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness”.

The LOVE Union further clarifies, strengthens, improves upon, and increases Everyone’s specific Human Rights proclaimed within the Declaration of Independence to bring greater clarity to Everyone’s Rights of Life just for being born.

*all “men” is defined as ALL Human Beings, meaning all colors, races, creeds, cultures, genders, sexual preference, orientation, whether or not they have disabilities or abilities, are gifted or inept, are adorated or reviled, despite their background, or if ever any new species of humanoid terrestrial or extraterrestrial if possible or shall ever come to be, as long as they are peaceful and law-abiding, are created with equal rights, that they are endowed by their Creator

**and protected by the laws of the LOVE Union, by and through their creation, by their very birth, by and because of their very existence brought forth into this world through birth, by being born (or any other means in which their life is, has, or will be manifested by, from, or through any naturally, synthetically, artificially or miraculously occurring incarnation or reincarnation, if ever possible) with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. 

All people who have blood flowing through their veins are endowed with certain unchallengeable Rights, among these are Life, with unrestricted access to obtain and secure at no cost [funded and covered by a Universal Basic Income (UBI) in which everyone receives], all Life-Sustaining Resources which include but are not limited to, Untainted Food, Clean Water, a Home, All Utilities, Full Healthcare, as well as full autonomy and access to pursue unlimited and unrestricted Higher Education whether through independent study and/or by attending higher education institutions at no cost of any kind to anyone, no cost financially, nor materially, nor is there any debt owed physically or by labor to anyone for these unimpeachable Free Rights of Life. All Life-Sustaining Resources, and a Comfortable Standard of Living, and Unlimited Education are completely Free of Cost for Everyone. There are many other free services and goods within the LOVE Union socioeconomic system described within the LOVE System’s Economics and Public Policy Documents, one of those economic policy’s is that all pets, livestock, and wildlife have certain inalienable rights and are financed, maintained, sustained, supported and cared for under the Animal Rights Act at no cost to anyone. 

Everyone who works in any of the world’s diverse industries, trades, vocations, any multitude of natural gifts and talents graciously contributed to Society, Life, and the World receives their regular weekly Earned Income salary direct-deposited into their personal bank accounts. All UBI and Earned Income is created into each person’s personal bank account. When a person shops and spends money on goods and/or services, that money no longer exists once it is spent, it is erased out of the whole banking system. Refer to Life’s Optimal Virtuous Economic System documents for more details and technological logistics on money creation and spending, resource production, business services, public services, employment, housing, and all infrastructure,

Everyone has complete Liberty, Independence, Freedom, and Entitlement***, as well as the ability and maneuverability to pursue and achieve/reach Happiness, as long as their Pursuit of Happiness doesn’t infringe upon Other People’s Legal Rights or violate the Social, Economic or Environmental Regulations or Laws established within the LOVE Union. Civil and Criminal Laws within the LOVE Union are and will be created and decided upon by the Democratic Citizen-Based Government through a vote, consensus, and legislation. Civil and Criminal Law is mediated through professional Judiciary Counselors.

"all men are by nature equally free and independent, and have certain inherent rights of which . . . they cannot deprive or divest their posterity; namely, the enjoyment of life and liberty, with the means of acquiring and possessing property, and pursuing and obtaining happiness and safety."

No one can keep anyone from their basic inalienable rights to life-sustaining resources and a comfortable standard of living, and the liberty and ability to pursue and obtain a greater/higher standard of living in pursuit of their happiness as long as that pursuit of happiness and a higher standard of living doesn’t take away from or hinder other people’s standard of living or violate others equally inalienable rights.
