Labor Costs for Employers

In the LOVE System, there will be no cost to the business owner to hire or pay employees. Each employee receives their regular paycheck direct deposited into their bank account just as they do now. The money comes from the business’s LOVE System Payroll Account. Each employer currently already has a Payroll Department and Account to pay their employees. In the LOVE System, each employer creates the money for payroll the moment each employee receives their direct deposit into their personal accounts. The money doesn’t come from some pot-of-money or any other account, it’s created on the spot as payroll is paid to each employee. 

Business Payroll Accounts

Where does the employers or businesses get the money to pay their employees?

Each employer has a Business Payroll Account funded by the LOVE System.

Just as people are listed as an employee on the payroll today, the employer (and/or co-managers/payroll department) still manage the payroll account that direct deposits each employees paychecks. The business’s Payroll Account is like a regular bank account, but it doesn’t have a balance, there is no money in the account. The Payroll Account simply creates the money for each employee's paycheck/salary as it is directly deposited into the employee's personal bank accounts. 

The business’s payroll department only has the ability to make deposits into employees personal bank accounts, employers don’t have any other access to each employee's personal accounts.   

Or Another More Ideal Way:

The ideal way to do it is to simply have the employers just check the box within the LOVE System App which verifys that that person is employed at that business. Then, the employee would receive their weekly deposit automatically by the LOVE System App without the business’s payroll department having to physically submit each weekly deposit. All the payroll department needs to do as a job is verify each employees employmnet status at the business, then the salaries are automated, deposited automatically without human labor or intervention.

Common Questions About the LOVE System:

The most common questions I constantly hear:

Question: “Where are we gonna get the money to pay for that?”, 

Answer: Nowhere. Money is created and distributed directly to each citizen. 

Question: “Who’s gonna pay for that?”

Answer: No One. The money is created by the LOVE system. 

Question: “How much is that gonna cost us?”

Answer: Nothing. 

Question: “Will our taxes go up to pay for this?”

Answer: No. Taxes Don’t Exist in The LOVE System.

Question: “Are you gonna take the money from the rich to redistribute it to the poor?”

Answer: No, the rich keep all their money, actually they get more, but so does everyone else.

Question: “Will it cost me money?”

Answer: The answer is No, It Costs Nothing. It costs no one, not a single person on the planet (or off planet), not businesses, not corporations, not employers, not employees, not citizens, not even the government, it COSTS NOTHING to ANYONE, ZERO. 

Questions after Questions: “How is that possible, you gotta get the money somewhere, so what’s the catch, where’s the hidden fine print, how are we just gonna magically have enough money to pay for all this stuff, it doesn’t make sense, it’s never gonna work, you’re crazy, your delusional, how are we suddenly just gonna have enough money to pay for all the free stuff, somebody’s gotta be getting screwed, someone’s gotta get the short straw, somebody’s getting fucked somewhere, who’s gonna get fucked, me? So tell me where’s the money to pay for all that, how can you really believe that such a dumb idea is gonna work when we don’t have the money to pay for it all? How are all these employers gonna have enough money to give all their employees a big raise, it’ll put them out of business, how is he/she (employer) gonna have enough money to pay their employees without going out of business, how are they gonna have enough money to pay their employees...?”

Answer: Because the money is “Created” as every person in the world receive their direct deposits into their personal bank accounts. From the CEOs, to the business owners, to all the other employees at every business, everyone gets paid from the business’s LOVE Payroll Account. Everyone receives more than what their current regular salary is. And no one will lose any of the money they currently have.

Money is Just a Belief System. Belief Systems Can Be Changed.

People need to open their minds and step away from their current programmed perceptions and beliefs of what they think the monetary system is, how money works, how it’s created and moved around. People need to realize that money is not real, it is just a belief, an illusion, a construct, a number creation system, a man-made system. The current monetary system is a deeply flawed system that doesn’t work for everyone, and it doesn’t work for the planet and environment, and the current money system enables people to have dominating power over other people. People should not have the ability to control other people or other people’s lives. In the LOVE System, having money, or being rich, doesn’t give someone power over others.

People have been trained since childhood to believe in and never question too deeply how the monetary system works. People need to expand their minds, perception and world view. People must alter their currently imposed mind-frame about money, how money exists, and how money creation works, and how the rulebook can be changed to meet the needs of all of humanity. Money is just a number that has no true relation to actual physical resources or our physical ability to produce more. We live in a world of abundance, with the ability to create greater abundance, we just need a better system to manage physical resources more efficiently, responsibly, such as a zero-waste society, recycle everything. 

Scarcity is an illusion in the modern world. Due to technology advancements in mass production, we have the ability to create more, more efficiently and expediently. Scarcity in the modern world is just a man-made rule within capitalism to make people think there’s not enough for everyone. Scarcity is an illusion, for creating more profit, and to keep us fighting each other. 

Rules can be changed, they are not set in stone. If the system doesn’t work, change it, it’s that simple. The current socio-economic system doesn’t work, so let’s fix it. The LOVE System is feasible and is a morally and scientifically intelligent and efficient socio-economic system. It’s really easy to understand and easy to install. And makes sure that everyone has all basic needs and comforts as well as endless opportunity to pursue your dreams, passions, and goals, as long as those dreams, passions, and goals are not infringing upon others freedoms. 

Money, depending on its man-made rules of use, can either be a tool, or a weapon. We need to make sure money is only used as a positive tool for the organization of resources, and the advancement, and well-being of humanity. The key to a better monetary system is how the money is created. In the LOVE System, a few keystrokes on a computer creates money directly to The People, All of Us, Humanity.
