The LOVE Union: Just Simple Software ReProgramming

Solving all the issues of the world such as poverty, hunger, homelessness, crime, healthcare, education, climate change, pollution, war, and every other issue only requires a change to the economic system software. Much like at the end of the movie Elysium, where everyone is given the same rights and benefits as Elysium Citizens. 

Technically the current economic software can still be used, only some of the parameters need to be changed. Money created by and for each citizen as UBI (money for basic needs) & Earned Income for everyone who contributes (works any job/vocation).

We just need to update the parameters in the banking system software to where everyone gets Social Security Income (SSI) as Universal Basic Income (UBI), this will cover all your basic life-sustaining resource needs such as food, clothing, hygiene supplies, cleaning supplies, and more.

Housing

In the LOVE Union, everyone gets a home. All people live in their own homes at no cost to you or anyone else. You can stay in and own the home you live in now, without a mortgage, rent, or taxes, or you can choose a different home (one that’s vacant of course), new homes will be being built continually, so you can have a new home built at no cost to you or anyone. 

All the current deed holders (landlords) of rental properties will be generously compensated far above the current property value. On top of that, they can also receive a regular monthly pension to cover their regular salaries for several years as a “thank you”,...

... and that’s being nice, because landlords don’t actually produce anything, they just tax other people for lands/homes they shouldn’t control in the first place, essentially living for free off of other people for doing nothing except maybe a little maintenance here or there but in most cases, the landlords don’t even do the maintenance themselves, they send a maintenance/service company, so those landlords literally don’t work, they just sit back and live off other peoples money and hard work like a King. These “kings/landlords” can now retire with full pensions and benefits but they can no longer own and control lands/homes/properties that they don’t live on/in.

By the way, Home Maintenance and Repairs are covered for free by the LOVE Union, there is no cost to anyone. The construction and service companies/workers who do the home repairs and maintenance get paid more than they do now, by automatic direct-deposit from the LOVE Union Earned Income Payroll App, registered and verified by the Payroll or HR department of their place of employment, or if you are self-employed as a contractor your Earned Income is verified through the LOVE App by the clients/homeowners receiving the home maintenance and repairs. 

Properties such as apartment complexes and highrise condos will still have managers and maintenance staff, but property managers are not landlords, they don’t charge or collect rents, they don’t Lord over the residents or decide if someone can or cannot live there. Managers simply help keep track of vacancies and list them in the LOVE Union Housing App. Managers also show people the vacancies as well as process maintenance calls/requests. If an apartment needs maintenance or repairs the current resident/owner puts in a maintenance request/order with management and/or maintenance staff by calling or visiting the office, or the request can be put in through the Housing section of the LOVE Union phone app which alerts/informs the property manager and/or maintenance crew who will then schedule a service call. 

These rental properties will not be stolen from the landlords who own them, the properties will be bought. Whoever owns the apartment complex will be fully compensated the same way as the house landlords mentioned earlier, paid a lump sum above the property value, plus a monthly retirement pension, and/or Earned Income if they still choose to work as managers at the apartment complex.

So, landlords no longer need to worry about managing other homes. As far as job losses and the resulting reduction in the workforce/employment resulting from landlords being laid off, it will not make any difference in the real world as far as resources and production. A landlord doesn’t actually produce any resources for society, so there will be no change in physical resource production (food, goods, products, services, etc.) just because the landlords retire. 

If the landlords don’t want to pursue another vocation they can just retire with their generous lump sum real estate profits and their monthly courtesy retirement pensions. Plus they get to own their own home free and clear, utilities included, and they will receive all the free benefits of the LOVE Union (food, clothing, healthcare, education,etc.). Why would a landlord or anyone complain about any of that? 

The goal here is to make everyone happy by not taking any of their money away, plus giving them extra to relieve any fears or anxieties they may have, as well as all the bonuses of the LOVE Union, such as UBI, free healthcare, education and much more just like everyone else receives. 

People who work in the real estate industry, such as homebuilders, real estate agents, etc. can still do their regular work building homes, or helping people find homes, all while getting at a higher salary than they do in our current real estate system.

Free Services in the LOVE Union

In the LOVE Union, everyone has free premium services such as healthcare, education, public transportation, and much more. Even dining out at restaurants is free. 

-Healthcare (full-body including sight, hearing, even psychological/emotional therapy, etc.) 

-Salons & Spas (haircuts, manicures, pedicures, etc.)

-Dining Out (all restaurants)

-Automotive Maintenance and Repair Shops

-Home Maintenance and Repair Services (including utilities and appliances)

-Entertainment (movies, concerts, festivals, parks, zoos, bars, clubs, *sporting events, etc.)

-Utilities (electric, water, wastewater, recycling, phone, internet, cable, **natural gas, etc.)

-Public Transportation (buses, trains, taxis, Uber, Lyft, bikes, scooters, boats and even air travel)

Note: many other various services not yet listed here will also be free.

*Tickets for popular in-demand sporting events in many cases will need to be purchased by the attendees/fans. The reason is that major sporting events are a one time (unrepeatable) event in comparison to other events such as music concerts where the same show can be repeated. In other words, there are no one-time special plays in concerts (for the most part) like there are in sporting events. A concert can be repeated the next day if the first day was at maximum capacity with other fans still wanting to attend.

**All energy sources such as natural gas, fossil fuels, nuclear power, hydroelectric dams, wind farms, solar panels, geothermal, and ocean tidal/wave energy production will be transitioned to clean hydrogen fuel-cell technology. What is money used for?

At this point, you may be wondering “well, what the hell do we spend our money on if all this stuff is free?”, which is a logical question. Earned Income is spent exclusively on shopping for physical products and goods that require finite natural resources to produce or build them. Things such as TVs, electronic equipment and devices, automobiles, furniture, housewares, etc. are what your Earned Income is spent on. All pricing will be based on actual physical resources, Actual pricing for products and goods does NOT have any profits or markup for labor, processing/manufacturing, transport/shipping or energy costs, all those costs have no true relation to the cost of the products or goods. All of those costs are covered by the LOVE Union at no cost to anyone. Products and goods are priced solely on the physical finite natural resources required for that product or good, such as metals, minerals, plastics, fibers, and/or other materials.

People Can’t Buy People

People can’t buy other people with their money, any and all labor is paid for by the LOVE Union, this is so people don’t become enslaved to, or controlled by others. The UBI enables all people to make better decisions on what kind of work/contributions they want to do in society without having to worry or stress about having their life-sustaining needs met, as well as maintaining a safe and comfortable living standard in their own home. 

In other words, a person doesn’t need to stress about losing their home, belongings or basic income just because they choose to not work for or put up with mean, abusive or apathetic bosses or a line of work that they don’t like or can’t handle. What I mean by that reference of “mean, abusive, or apathetic bosses” is people who employ personal assistants, people that may or may not “require” personal assistance and/or services in their daily life, such as people with private secretaries, butlers, cooks, caretakers, or life auxiliaries. 

Within the LOVE Union public workforce, any “bosses or managers” that are mean apathetic slave drivers will be dismissed from their position of power over others. But in the case of someone who “requires” assistance, such as a disabled or elderly person, the life auxiliary makes his/her own choice if they want to work for that person. People must have the correct disposition or temperament for positions such as that, because some disabled or elderly people may understandably have conditions or personalities that may be difficult for certain people to put up with. There are plenty of other jobs/vocations that everyone can choose to pursue, no-one should be stuck doing something they don’t like doing, no longer will there be any need to fear or stress about quitting a job you don’t like just because of money/financial worries and your living situation, that’s why all basic living standards are covered for free by the LOVE Union, so no-one needs to have any economic stresses and/or anxieties.

In Capitalism, everyone has to be subservient, submissive, agreeable, non-argumentative, tongue-biting, brown-nosers to the a**hole bosses because people fear losing their income, income which is required to survive in this manipulative and coercive capitalist system. In the LOVE Union, money for survival and basic comfortable living standards are covered without requiring you to have a job.

We shouldn’t have to be subjected to all the various hierarchies of the capitalist system, such as overbearing and overreaching landlords, bosses, financial institutions, government, police, etc. The way our current system of Capitalism is designed, it causes people to have to “act” in ways that would normally go against their own human nature, personality, standards, values, virtues, morals or ethics. 

If a boss or landlord is being abusive towards you or others, it’s very difficult to stand up for yourself or others without a legitimate fear of repercussions that will affect you and your family’s economic situation and living standard, so we bite our tongues so that our family won’t go homeless, hungry, and destitute. That’s coercive slavery, debt/financial-based slavery, the hierarchy has the mindset and power to threaten “either do your job or suffer or die!”, what the f*ck kind of options are those?! So most people just suck-it-up, push their authentic emotions down and grin and bear the abuse because of “fear”.

Family, Friends, Peers: Psychological Indoctrinations

Even the way we, as family, friends, and peers, treat and judge each other is a negative indoctrination of the Capitalist system. The system has trained us to judge others based on “what do you do for a living?”. There’s a deeply embedded thought process (indoctrination) within humanity’s psyche from which we judge each other based on distorted connotative narrative. When we make conversation we always ask things such as “what do you do for a living?”, “how do you make your money?”, and “how much money do you make?”, money, money, money, it’s all based in a money narrative. 

Many of the things we as humans do require a lot of work but the capitalist system doesn’t consider it as “work” because you don’t get “paid” for it. One of the most important jobs on the planet that doesn’t pay anyone is raising children and maintaining a clean, healthy, and happy household. Many forms of work such as that go greatly unappreciated and uncompensated. That’s why we need Universal Basic Income (UBI), because everyone deserves a basic standard of living. And it’s in all of our interests for all children to be raised in a safe, wholesome, stress-free social environment. But our current system of capitalism fosters an unhealthy social environment that causes many negative psychological and emotional disorders which generates social turbulence, and vise versa, it’s a circular process of negativity.

Parents, teachers, friends, and peers give us a pat on the back with an “attaboy” to make you feel accepted and proud of having a dead-end, slave-driving, meaningless job, just because you make money at it. And when you don’t have a job or get fired or quit your job because of an a**hole boss or demeaning work, those same parents, friends, peers become different people and place harsh judgment on you for your “irresponsibility”, which really means “your lack of money” because if you’re already rich, you are considered “responsible”, even if you don’t work or do sh*t for society, your money alone is what you are judged by, and that’s a huge flaw and indoctrination that’s holding humanity back from becoming a better society and reaching our full potential. 

People try to avoid people with no money because eventually, that person is going to need some kind of help or resource for basic survival, and since most people live paycheck to paycheck, barely able to stay above water themselves, they tend to ostracize their own family and friends who don’t “have a job”, “have money”, “be a responsible citizen”, “contribute to society”. Deep down a parent or friend cares what happens to you if you are suffering or not, but the system forces people to push down any caring emotions (empathy, compassion, Love) and push you out of their lives simply because you don’t have money, even if you are a good, decent, kind person, and do lots of other work that doesn’t “pay you money”. 

In many cases, the parents have plenty of money to cover their grown struggling kids but tell them no because they think that’s what Love is, a “hard-love” approach so the kid will struggle and suffer and be coerced by threat of hunger, homelessness, and death to finally concede to submission, give in, fall in line, become compliant, submissive, docile, and obedient to the indoctrination of capitalism’s rules and its rulers, including those harsh judgments and mistreatment by family members and friends. 

Once you fall in line, then everything is hunky-dory again, with more attaboys and pats on the back “I’m proud of you son! You pulled yourself up by your own bootstraps! You learned a hard lesson in life! You can only depend on yourself!” What-the-F*ck?! Really?! I almost died in the elements while you, who supposedly Loves me and has plenty of money, pushed me away to die in order for me to learn a “hard lesson in hard-love and responsibility” that’s just based on Capitalism indoctrination?!!! WTF!!! If this is what “Love” is in the minds and hearts of Humanity? We need to go extinct, because if people have lost touch with what the true meaning and purpose of being human is, which is social cohesion, friendship, co-operation, empathy, compassion, forgiveness, kindness, generosity, and all the other virtues of Love, then we just need to perish. But I don’t believe or accept that, we do have Love, but for many people it’s just been pushed down because of the false and divisive doctrines of Capitalism.

We NEED a better socioeconomic system so that people can escape the indoctrinations of the current system. That’s why I’ve designed the LOVE Union, to usher in a better world where humans have a greater ability to co-operate without the fears, stresses, anxieties, and all the other social barriers and disconnect caused by the indoctrinations of this inherently corrupt capitalist system of money.

Tools and Equipment

If your vocation requires tools and equipment to do your work, those are provided for free. Tools are also free for those who do their own automotive, equipment, and/or home maintenance and repairs on a regular basis. But if you are just an occasional tinkerer, tools can be borrowed for free from the many tool libraries located in all towns/cities.

Endless Opportunity in the LOVE Union

You also have the freedom, autonomy, and endless opportunity to explore and seek out whatever you love to do. It’s your choice and it costs you nothing to become a teacher, doctor, scientist, artist, philosopher, writer, movie director, actor, musician, and/or any other vocation you want to pursue. 

Everyone who works in any industry or vocation receives Earned Income (EI) at a higher salary than they currently get. All new money is "Created" BY & FOR "Each Person" as Earned Income and SSI/UBI. Money is simply numbers typed/coded into a computer to be automatically deposited as weekly or monthly payments for Earned Income and UBI directly into everyone's accounts. 

The LOVE Union Banking Infrastructure

The current financial transaction network is already functional and secure, the infrastructure is already in place, including Visa, Mastercard & all the other Credit/Debit Card transaction systems, servers, networks, and merchant terminals. This same infrastructure will be used but the new LOVE Union parameters will be entered into the software. Money will no longer be created as debt, deficits or loans, all money is created as UBI and Earned Income for each person. The banking infrastructure, including physical banks, will remain in place to help transition the banking software to the LOVE Union, making sure that everyone’s accounts are receiving UBI and Earned Income. If there ever happens to be any glitches on anyone’s account, the banking staff will be there to help the account holders.

The people that already work at those places (as bank tellers, customer service, managers, owners, even shareholders) will still receive their regular paychecks/deposits, but with a raise. Their jobs are basically the same as they are now, to keep financial transactions flowing smoothly and help implement the new LOVE Union banking parameters, making sure everyone gets their UBI and EI. If there's any problem with anyone’s UBI or EI deposits, or purchasing transactions, the banking tellers can fix any problems, such as enter the deposits manually and also reenter the automatic deposit settings/parameters so that all weekly or monthly direct-deposits are received properly. 

Besides just the bank, the human resources or payroll department at your current place of employment can also correct any problem with your Earned Income deposits.
