Someone well known once stated that it's not what goes into the body that's bad for you, it's what comes out, as in, the person's actions, thoughts and feelings. Our thoughts and feelings are more powerful than most people realize.
I've always eaten whatever is available or cheap without worry on health at all, it doesn't really matter what it is, sugar, salt, carbs, I eat plenty of that, and my metabolism still keeps me skinny.
However, I do fast often, if you wanna call it that, I can go all day without eating, I don't even feel hungry all day, then at night I eat something basic, like a hotdog, burger, or if I have it available, tv dinner, lasagna, spaghetti, steak, pork chops, or whatever. Most would say I don't eat healthy at all, but I've never had a problem with that, I just have positive thoughts and feelings, appreciative to have a bite to eat, even if it's just one corndog, lol.
Oh, and I've always drank lots of milk instead of fluoride poisoned water or sodas.
I have another source of food, my thoughts! Supplies all the energy I need most of the time.
Checkout the enlightening article a friend of mine found, it's very true, thoughts are powerful, in all areas of life, even food!
Much Love, Everyone! Think Positive!
