Emotions within Capitalism

We all experience emotions like stress, anxiety, depression and a full spectrum of other emotions. It's Not a chemical imbalance or a 'so-called disorder' in most cases. The body is usually very accurate at providing correct emotions in most cases, which are directly related to environment as well as traumas from our past such as abuse, but even abuse from someone is still directly related to that abusive person growing up with abuse in an abusive social and economical system, that system is capitalism. The social and economical environment of wage/debt slave capitalism is a root cause of most negative emotions, it's not some psychological 'disorder' that needs medicating like too many psychologists think, those emotions are legit god given human responses to growing up in a broken and unfair control system. Bottom line is, emotions such as depression, anxiety, stress and many more are 'symptoms' of the 'root' problem, which is our competitive system of capitalism, it's train us to lack empathy and compassion for others outside our friends and family. We need to change the system we live in so we can end all the emotional symptoms derived from it. We need to end poverty, hunger, homelessness, lack of medical access and much more.

That is just a summary of causes of negative emotions, I could break it down into so much more detail I could write a few psychology books about it, if I focus my time on writing it, which is actually what I'm continually attempting to do, as much as I can at a time, everything here will eventually be a book.

Breath, meditate, pray and even have a good cry, it can work wonders and heal the Soul. Much Love & Hugs to Everyone!
