Mortgage & Rent Reimbursements
All home mortgage equity will be paid back to you in full, this includes farms, stores, and other business properties as well. If your home is already paid off you will be paid back everything you paid in, including repair costs. If you are a landlord of other homes you don’t live in you will be paid back for the complete mortgage, plus you will receive a monthly payment for a specified period of time or for the remainder of your life. We can also pay renters back some of their money too.
Notes to be removed later so the homeowners, landlords, and rich people don’t feel insulted, lol: The main reason for some of these payoffs is psychological, it is so homeowners, landlords, and rich people don’t think they are getting screwed, because they’re not (I’m not Bernie Sanders, lol, he’s too antiquated, tied to an old way of thinking, I’m not trying to take anyone’s money, I Love him though, good-hearted man). Basically, their emotions would be raging in anger and jealousy if we didn’t pay them off. So they can’t say something like “that ain’t fair that you’re giving all these lazy people free homes… when I already worked my ass off my whole life to pay for my home and what I have so why should a lazy person get it for free? etc, etc., etc.”. These people (such as landlords) can retire if they want to, because they weren’t producing anything useful for society anyway. It’s not like them not working will cause a shortage in the labor sector because they already don’t/didn’t do any labor to begin with, they just sat on their ass collecting free money from people who actually work/contribute to society. In capitalism, when a tenant pays a landlord rent, the tenants are actually buying that rental home for the landlord, and also buying the home the landlord lives in. The landlord is living for free off the backs of their tenants. As for the rich people in our society, they will be given more money than they already have. The reason is so that hopefully they don’t have a false sense of fear that their money will be taken from them, because it won’t be taken. I propose doubling their current wealth/money just so they don’t fear the new system before it’s enacted and try to use their vast money (and power because of their money) to fight against starting the new system. It doesn’t matter how rich the richest people are because there is a limit to what and how much they can buy. They could have a Hundred Trillion dollars and it doesn’t affect the actual physical resources in any major way. Sure, they can buy a yacht, a plane, a helicopter, and other high-end luxury items but they can’t buy up all of earth’s lands, resources, government, or people.
Stock Market no longer exists, everyone is paid extra for their stocks/bonds/holdings/etc.
Many other useless jobs/vocations will end as well with generous severance pay.
Other jobs will be rapidly automated, will have severance pay.
Give everyone a UBI into their labor account, that UBI can be spent on anything (products/goods).
Crime (to be moved to another chapter later, and merged with my other writings about crime and psychology):
Have you ever noticed how many cop and crime shows there are on tv? They glorify cops and vilify, mistreat, lockup, and kill people that commit crimes, instead of delving deep into WHY those people commit crimes in the first place so we/humanity can work to prevent crimes by fixing the real problem/cause, such as poverty, and/or improper social, physical, and economic environment, and bad upbringing by parents either in poverty, and/or have mental/emotional problems and anxieties caused by capitalism. Psychology and emotion is a vast topic that I could speak about for days, weeks, months, or write many books about if I liked writing.
Add a comprehensive list of vocations and pay scales as well as other things we get paid for such as learning, playing, recycling, use of public transportation, etc.
