Fun Fridays

Lake Bluff has a tradition that every Friday in February is what we call Fun Fridays. On those Fridays there is a fun theme like Pajama Day (you get to wear your pajamas to school!) or Crazy Hair Day (mess up your hair in some funny way!).

Teachers have the kids pick four fun activities and then they choose the four most-wanted Fun Fridays from the classroom. Mrs. Harrison counts the votes and chooses our Fun Fridays!

The Fun Fridays this February are going to be…

• Feb. 5th: Free Time Day (teachers choose a spot in the day where you have 30 minutes of free time).

• Feb. 12th: Pajama Day (wear your PJs to school).

• Feb. 19th: Quiet Time Day (teachers choose a spot in the day for you to read, draw or play quietly).

• Feb. 26th: Crazy Hair Day (mess up your hair in some crazy way and then keep it like that for school).
