Mixing the tasteful batter
Smelling what wonder you will taste
In just a few minutes.
Dropping the batter
Onto the pan.
Hearing it sizzle.
Hearing it fry.
Hearing
what you will be tasting
In just a few minutes
And serving it…
Onto the table
It goes.
Smelling
The best thing on Earth.
A flat piece of deliciousness.
Marveling
Over the taste of every bite.
The buttery mixture
Cooked in a pan.
The sweet aroma
Of the most delicious thing
On Earth:
The Pancake.
A life without a pancake
Would be the
Worst thing on earth.
A life
Without a purpose.
Because the purpose of life
Is to eat pancakes.
Power by Savannah
We got the power
We took the power
We got the power
Of hating poetry.
It was strong
Deep in our hearts
Forever
And
Ever
And
Ever!

You are warm you are cozy
I wrap you around me
Soft and smooth
Like a feather.
You are fuzzy and you are
Itchy
Many colors lots of different
Shapes warm like a
Nice summer day
Have many blankets on your
Couch
On your bed
Blankets everywhere
Even on your head
So go home wrap up in your blanket
Drink a nice warm glass of
Tea or hot chocolate
But make sure you have your warm blanket

So much depends upon
A blue
Rug.
Sitting under your
Dining room
Table.
Being walked
On,
By us.

Birds the way they soar
So much freedom and so much more
Dancing on the puffy clouds
Singing to the world on the ground
Birds the way they fly
Birds the way they sigh

So much depends upon
A leaf
Caught
In
The
Wind
Flying hope
Finding hope
And helping someone hope
For better
Sometimes hope
Is all we have
And all it takes is a
Leaf
in
the
wind
To make that hope
A reality

I could smell the stench in my brother's room
All the way from downstairs
Holding my breath I walked up the stairs
Sure enough
There he was
Asleep on his bed
It looked as a tornado and tons of natural disasters had struck his room
Books and paper everywhere
Crumbs and rappers
Crumpled crafts and old objects
Faded drawings and dried out markers covered the desk
An avalanche of smelly clothes, assortments near the hamper
The carpet was covered with crumbs and stuff I had no idea of
A witch's wonder went wrong
A wizard's wand misdirected spell
You must buy a hazmat suit to enter
Who knew they were so helpful
But anyways it was a putrid, disgusting room
