Food that is good for you has protein which makes you stronger.
Healthy food is the food that makes you healthy. What is that food? That food is food that has protein, vitamin, potassium etc. An example are blueberries and rice. Rice has arsenic which is a poisonous element of the periodic table of elements. However, rice is healthy unless you eat too much.
Junk food is food that makes your body worse. What is that food? That food is food that has too much sugar, too much salt, artificial-flavor etc.
What makes junk food bad and healthy food good? Junk food has too much sugar that makes you active but then you become tired. You want more junk food. Fine. Junk food makes you have a higher risk of diabetes type 2. I do not want that. On the other hand, healthy food builds your bones. I do not think healthy food makes you tired.
Why does your body change when you do not eat food? I think your body changes when you do not eat food because you have less fat to protect your body. I am not saying you should eat animal fat, you should not eat animal fat. You should eat food. You get less thicker. Getting less thicker is bad because then your bones are going to be shown. I guess one thing that is bad about that is that you will not be able to protect your body which is bad.
Why does food give you energy? Your body makes the food into glucose. Glucose gives energy.
What does junk food do?
Junk food causes diabetes.
Overall, food is important to life. There are also bad food, for example a candy bar. There is extremely bad food for example fish food. One example is that chocolate is extremely bad for dogs as well as alcohol being extremely bad for us. Coffee is extremely bad for us too. I do not think that it is the things that you add in the coffee, I think it is the caffeine and chemicals or the other unhealthy things. However, the sugar you put in, that is bad because sugar is unhealthy. You do need sugar, but that is glucose, not sucrose and the other unhealthy sugar that are in cakes and cupcakes as well as cookies and energy drinks, I mean powerade and the other juices with unhealthy sugar. What are healthy are good to eat, for example blueberries and strawberries.
