Fundraising

RATIONALE

God has given us the ability to earn and obtain money in many ways. With this comes the responsibility as a Christian school to earn/obtain this money in a Christian-like manner.

Southland Adventist Christian School therefore will not raise funds from the following:

1. Donations from organisations that make their money through alcohol, tobacco or illegal drugs.

2. Donations from organisations that make their money from gambling, e.g. LOTTO

3. By selling Raffles.

4. By dishonesty or illegal means.

Southland Adventist Christian School will not use any means that is in disharmony with the Special Character of the school e.g. earning money during Saturday Sabbath hours.
