This is the main drawing that would normally be shown to a client and so it should be presented well and should communicate all the design features of the concept you have developed. You can present your Final Design in different ways. 2D views or a 3D perspective drawing are the most common types of sketched presentation.Â

During this lesson you will consider how your work is perceived by others and the importance of Final Design drawings in industryThere are different types of 3D drawing views that can be used to present your work. Â You are going to use a Perspective drawing method. A perspective view communicates design information in greater reality. Â To help you complete a perspective view, in the space below, your teacher will demonstrate the steps in class.
Using your Development of a selected design idea you now need to produce a Final Design (this will be the exact idea that you will make) using 3D 2 point prespective techniques – see examples and step by step below.
Select the spanner icon at the top left of the screen. toggle on the Drawing Guide and then select the option Edit Drawing Guide
Change the grid to "Perspective" and then tap your pencil on the screen twice, in the top left and top right corners of the screen. This will create your vanishing points on the horizon line. Turn on assisted drawing and Select "Done"
Select the sketching tool called Technical pencil and the colour blue (blue pencil sketching.
Make a pencil sketching layer.
If your idea will be made from sheets of flat acrylic you need to draw a thin crate for the shade.
If your shade will be 3D printed then you need to draw a suitable 3D crate (or possibly multiple 3D boxes)
