The Puzzle Maze project allows students to learn about working with sheet materials and how to design for laser cutting. Students will gain hands on experience of working with plywood and will be given opportunity to handle the material, comparing a laser cut outcome with a hand made outcome before beginning the design phase for their own Puzzle maze.Â
The project includes a thorough design phase, 2D presentation, 3D presentation, test modelling, measurement, 3D CAD CAM, manufacture and packaging design.
