Zero’s face looked wrinkled. Stanley couldn't believe that Zero wasn't dead. Stanley had told Zero that they needed to head back to camp but Zero had denied the statement. Stanley and Zero crawled back into the hole that was being shaded by a boat. Zero offered Stanley some sploosh. Stanley didn't know what that was. Zero opened up a jar for Stanley and headed it over to him. Stanley looked disgusted. He was afraid to take a sip because it looked like mud. It must've been over a hundred years old, Stanley thought. Zero encouraged STanley to take a sip. It had a weird mushy texture but a very sweet taste. Stanley felt as if it were some fruit, maybe peaches. Stanley was surprised to hear that there were no more left. He insisted that he’d take Zero home but Zero didn't like the idea of being taken back to camp. Zero wasn't feeling well. Stanley thought that it might've been the sploosh. He said that they needed to head back. He thought of a [plan so that they wouldn't get back into trouble. Zero still said that he wouldn't head back. He said he’d rather die than go back. Stanley showed Zero the strange figure he’d seen on top of the mountain. Zero carefully examined it and then slowly formed his hand into the figure he’d seen.
