Fried Rice Balls (Onigiri)

Rice:
2 c. sushi/sticky rice
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
⅛ tsp. salt
Spicy Tuna Filling:
1 can Tuna
4 tbsp. Mayo (kewpie mayo is best)
2 tbsp. Sriracha
1 tbsp. Garlic Chili paste
Instructions:
Make rice according to instructions on package
add vinegar and salt to rice
on a sheet of plastic wrap, add ⅓ c. rice and flatten
put 1-2 tbsp. filling on rice, then add about ⅓ c. rice to cover filling
fold sides or plastic wrap up and twist, then shape rice into a triangle
