Apple Pie Tarts

Crust:
1 sheet refrigerated pie crust
1 tbsp. Sugar
Pinch of Cinnamon
Filling:
2 tbsp. Butter
2 c. diced and peeled tart apples
3 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Flour
½ t. Cinnamon
½ t. lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350℉
Roll out crust and cut in 2 ½ in. circles, put into a greased cupcake tray
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the crust
Bake until golden brown; 6-8 minutes
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the apples and cook for 4-5 minutes
Stir in sugar, flour, cinnamon, lemon juice and salt. Bring to a boil
Add into tart shells and add ice cream of choice
