What are the characteristics of a permanent employment contract?

With a permanent employment contract, your salary is made up of a fixed hourly wage plus mileage allowance and a cell phone allowance. Your working hours are fixed and can be between 10 and 40 hours per week.


In addition to your regular income, you will receive a 13th and 14th monthly salary and paid vacation. Tips are an additional bonus.


đź’ˇIn addition, your wage and social security contributions are deducted directly from your gross salary, so you don't have to worry about them yourself.

How do I get a copy of my employment contract?

Write us a ticket with the subject "Signed copy of contract".

How do I get a copy of my payslip?

You will receive your current payslip automatically by email every month. 

If you have lost your payslip, write us a ticket and we will send your payslip again within the next few working days. 

Use the subject "payslip" in your ticket and select "Contract & documents" as the type.

How do I get a certificate of employment or a reference?

Write us a ticket with the subject "Certificate of employment / employment reference". 

Select the type "Copy of Contracts, Documents or Lohnset".

How can I change my contract type?

If you would like to change your contract type from a permanent service contract to a free one, please write us a ticket.

When and how can I terminate my contract?

Permanent employees can resign on the 15th and the last day of a calendar month with one month's notice.

What are the termination conditions during the probationary period with foodora?

In the employment contract between the permanent employees and foodora, there is the possibility to terminate the contract at any time without giving reasons during the first month (probationary month). 


In principle, the contract is limited to a duration of two months. During this time, both the employees and foodora can decide not to continue the contract beyond the two months and communicate this to the other party. If no such decision is communicated, the fixed-term contract automatically converts into an indefinite employment relationship after the two months.
