Accident: How to proceed?

Get an overview of the situation:
Have you or another person been injured?

Call for emergency services if needed:
Ambulance 144
Police 133

Have your social insurance number ready.
Try to obtain the contact details of potential witnesses!

Inform the dispatch-team and write us a Ticket, once you are out of danger.

Complete an accident report, and if necessary, an accident record.
Your Rider Station will help you with this!

The Rider Support will help you then support you with the whole procedure, just send them all essential documents and information!
