Starting Zones

You can only start delivering by being within the starting zone of your city.

You can also see each starting zone in your Rider App!

Find out where your starting zone is located here:

Vienna

💡
Vienna has two separate starting zones:

Transdanube starting zone (21 & 22 district):

Transdanube means "on the other side of the Danube", i.e. the northern part of Vienna. The starting zone here extends from Kagran to Floridsdorf. If you start your slot here, you will deliver to districts 20, 21, 22 and parts of the 2nd district.

Starting zone Vienna OF:

This starting zone extends from Favoriten via Neubau up to the Donaukanal. If you start your slot/shift here, you will mainly deliver in the southern part of Vienna, from the 2nd - 19th district!

Linz

Graz

Klagenfurt

Innsbruck

Salzburg

Everything you need to know about our starting zones:

Our starting zones are calculated individually for each city, based on the highest order volume.
This means that this area is the most likely to receive an order as soon as you go online.

The Rider app also recognises whether you are in the starting zone or not. It is therefore important that you are already in the starting zone at the beginning of your slot/shift so that you can get started right away!

If you are not in the starting zone when starting to deliver, you will not be able to log in and will miss the start of your session
