Individual Points Earned

Here are the point totals for each individual swimmer for the season.

Individual events: 1st - 6pts / 2nd - 4pts / 3rd - 3pts / 4th - 2pts / 5th - 1pt / 6th - zero pts

Relay events: 1st - 8pts / 2nd - 4pts / 3rd - 2pts / 4th-6th - zero pts

Swimmers usually compete in 2 Individual Events & 2 Relays (28pts possible), but could swim 1 Individual & 3 Relays (30pts possible) for each swim meet.

There are a total of 10 head-to-head swim meets, for a max of 280 pts. League Finals can bring another possible 120 pts, for a total of 400 pts.
