CIF Results and Updated Records Part 2
CIF Finals has come and gone, but what we did will live forever!
Girls 200 Medley Relay (Lorelei Rojo, Adriana Lopez, Carolina Moore, Juliana Lemus) were B-Final Champions (10th overall).
Boys 200 Medley Relay (David Tarazon, Michael Matchan, Jeremy Alonso, Castor Villegas) took 4th place overall.
David Tarazon took 5th place B-Final (14th place overall) in the 200 Free.
Michael Matchan, the first alternate, made it into the competition and took 8th place B-Final (17th place overall) in the 200 IM.
Lorelei Rojo took the BRONZE (3rd place overall) in the 100 Fly.
Adriana Lopez took 5th place B-Final (14th overall) in the 1oo Free.
Jeremy Alonso took 7th place B-Final (16th place overall) in the 500 Free.
Boys 200 Free Relay (Castor Villegas, Christian Elias, Vincent Mejia, Jay Vera) took 5th place B-Final (14th overall).
Lorelei Rojo took BRONZE (3rd overall) in the 100 Backstroke.
David Tarazon took 5th place overall in the 100 Backstroke.
Adriana Lopez took 3rd in the B-Final (12th overall) in the 100 Breaststroke.
Girls 400 Free Relay (Lorelei Rojo, Adriana Lopez, Carolina Moore, Juliana Lemus) took 3rd place B-Final (12th overall).
Boys 400 Free Relay (David Tarazon, Michael Matchan, Jay Vera, Castor Villegas) took 7th place overall.
The Girls Team took 14th out of 58 and the Boys Team took 8th out of 64.
Special Congratulations to record holders:
Adriana Lopez moves her 100 Freestyle school record to the #2 spot with a swim of 1:01.26.
Adriana Lopez moves her 100 Breaststroke school record to #4 spot with a swim of 1:20.41.
Boys 2oo Free Relay Team (Jay Vera, Christian Mejia, Vincent Mejia, and Castor Villegas) are the new #3 school record holders with a time of 1:41.83.
