Meet a Top Contributor - drslump34 from France

Drslump34, AKA Christophe, started editing the map in 2014 and was thrilled by the immediate impact it made. He currently acts as a Local Champ, Community Booster and a Partnerships Coordinator, which led him to take part in the traffic command center of the 2019 French Grand Prix!

Drslump34 enjoys meeting fellow editors in real life, "that special moment when the nicknames turn into friends".

His advice to new editors: "Waze is a big family. When you're just starting it seems like a long road to reach the higher levels, but you will always find something to improve, information to add, things to check. Above all, tell yourself that you are never alone!".

Thank you for everything you do, Drslump34!

Mapping is our super power!

The local community in Uruguay updated the Waze Map with more than 2,000 voting locations, to prepare for their local elections. They even made it to the local news!

In Lithuania, our community responded quickly when the city eliminated traffic in the old city of Vilnius. They prepared the map in advance and thanks to them, traffic was directed effectively once the new law took place.
