Spanish 1-

Monday- Tuesday- Practice writing the date in Spanish using the 1-40 practice page. Put the answers on the board to identify word order, sentence structure, and grammatical patterns. Practice pronunciation. 

Wednesday or Thursday- LifeAct presentation (missing class one day) Bead jar party.

Friday- finish the bead jar party. Discuss Christmas in Spain.

Spanish 2- 

Monday-Tuesday- Finish Abi y Coco Van al Parque reading comprehension page. Turn in when completed. Start discussing pronunciation. Pronunciation practice and test upon return from break.

Tuesday- Complete the partnered stem-change activity. Each group will get a manila envelope with the activity inside and must work together to perform tasks. Blooket to practice the stem-changers.

Monday- Tuesday- Complete the verb conjugation and sentence translations for Capítulo 1, 1-4. We will go over the pronunciation and how to determine if a verb is an irregular based on phonetic need.

Monday- Work through the rest of the South American slideshow. Peru- beauty standard compare to our beauty standards. Play a review blooket.

Tuesday- Warm-up- Review questions from the end of the slideshow. Answer reveal on the last slide. Review Central and South America and Caribbean with blooket review games. 

Wednesday- Thursday- Missing class one day for the LifeAct presentation. Test. Mapping the Arabic countries in Africa. Start the Africa slideshow. Get the extra credit opportunity. 

Friday- African Slideshow. Watch the traditional African Dance video.
