Spanish 1

Monday-  Translate the sentences on Adjectives Practice., Work on Los Adjetivos

Tuesday-Complete the Spanish 1 Review. Get copy of Descriptive Adjectives vocabulary list. Practice pronunciation.  Complete the article, noun, and adjective translation list with a dictionary. Put the answers on the board for beads. 

Wednesday- Complete the Spanish 1 review page from the packet and turn it in when completed. 

Thursday- Get the adjectives vocabulary list and use it to complete the Adjectives Vocabulary Practice Slides. Turn them in at the end of the period. 

Friday- Play Guess Who on Google Slides. Review the subject pronouns box. Cut and paste the box into our interactive notebooks for next week. 

Next up- subject pronouns and regular verb conjugations

Standards- Infer meaning of unfamiliar vocabulary using word families. Make comparisons between the native and target languages and cultures. Extend conversational skills by interacting with the language in culturally appropriate ways. 

Spanish 2

Monday- Finish word search from the packet and turn it in. Play First Person Irregular Connect 4 with a partner. 

Tuesday-Complete the saber and conocer pixel. Flip through flashcards with a partner. 

Wednesday- Warm-up-Flip through flashcards with a partner.  Work on the daily sentence page. Use notes, flashcards, and packets to guide the answers. Go over side 1 together. 

Wednesday- Warm-up-Flip through flashcards with a partner. Complete side 2 of the daily sentence page and turn it in for a quiz grade. 

Friday- Centers- Center 1- Canvas sentence strips competition  Center 2- Easter egg first person irregular verb hunt competition  Center 3- Blooket and Gimkit games

Spanish 3 and 4

Monday- Warm-up-Daily sentence with pronouns. Work on Task 2 on SMB. Review the preterit regular endings. Complete the AR and ER, IR sentences and pronoun sentences with partners.

Tuesday- Work on Task 2 on SMB. Review the preterit regular endings. Complete the AR and ER, IR sentences and pronoun sentences with partners.

Wednesday- Review the preterit regular endings. Complete the graded practice page on Task 3. 

Thursday- Complete the graded practice page on Task 3. 

Friday- Complete the preterit endings notes. Play the snowball game on the virtual classroom.

Hispanic Civ. 

Monday- Finish the Immigration WebQuest and prepare for the immigration debate. 

Tuesday- Turn in the webquest. Debate.

Wednesday- Brainstorm an immigration reform policy. Create bullet points necessary for reform. 

Thursday- Share bullet points with the class. Discuss possibilities of reform. Get the passport assignment and discuss passports/VISAs.

Friday- Spain spotlight- Use the Spain Virtual Classroom to learn about the country. Go to each of the livelinks and fill out the corresponding passport page.
