Spanish 1-

Monday- Warm-up- Basic Convo practice on Conjuguemos. Get the 4 THEs notes. Spanish THE meme. Discuss gender differences.

Tuesday- Gender rules practice pages- work on 11-20 at the top with a partner. Go over the answers aloud for participation card points. 

Wednesday- Complete gender rules practice page and practice pronunciation together using the interactive notebook pronunciation stars. Identify how to change a noun´s gender from a dictionary entry. 

Thursday- Definite and indefinite articles notes. Practice with sample daily sentences. Use Gimkit to practice. 

Friday- Start numbers notes. Compare definite and indefinite articles with quantity words. Identify the difference in word order between English and Spanish (noun and adj. specific) Practice with sample fragments on the board. Practice pronunciation.

Monday- Tuesday- Work on the o-ue stem-change page with a partner. Conjugate and translate the sentences. 

Wednesday- Thursday- Put the verbs on the board for beads. Start the e-ie stem-change page. Practice with a different partner. Conjugate and translate. 

Friday- Put the answers on the board for beads. Play conjugation Jenga to practice stem changers.

Center 3- Commands- Read notes and review conjugations. Navigate Senora through the town following the directions given. 

Upcoming- Complete the assignments from each Center activity and turn it in for a quiz grade.

All Week- We will watch the series Latino Americans on PBS to research for the immigration debate next week. As you watch the videos, fill in the immigration WebQuest.
