Spanish 1
Tuesday- Get back midterms and go over the answers. Get the time packet. Read through the notes and vocabulary together and practice pronunciation.
Wednesday- Design clock to add to the time notes. Start working through the time packet.
Thursday- Practice example times with the clock in pairs. Practice pronunciation.
Friday- Practice with time telling slides on GC. ¿Qué hora es? Work together to complete the Horario de clases (vocabulary from the midterm) notes and practice sentences.
Spanish 2
Tuesday-Friday- Work to complete the Is it a Stem-Changer packet. Practice pronunciation together to determine the need for orthographic changes.
Spanish 3
Tuesday- Get midterms back and go over the answers together. Get direct object pronoun notes. Identify the DOPs in the mock midterm together.
Wednesday- Complete the DOP Pear Deck together. Get the IOP notes. Pronoun Notes will be available on GC. Use the mock midterm to identify the IOPs together.
Thursday-Friday- Complete Direction 5 on the mock midterm.
Spanish 4
Monday- Make up midterms
Tuesday- Go over midterm. Fix the mistakes.
Wednesday-Friday-Commands dance- Follow the written instructions to perform each 8 count.
Hispanic Civ
Tuesday- What is Culture? Class Discussion. Set up Google Classroom. Use the Culture Iceberg as a reference. Take a culture pretest quiz on GC and turn it in. Discuss answers in group conversation.
Wednesday- Dissect the answers based on the value point system on https://cultureplusconsulting.com/2015/06/23/nine-cultural-value-differences-you-need-to-know/ to determine where we fall on the scale.
Thursday- Look at the Street Food image on GC and react. Discuss Us v. Them mentality. Original prompt- What happens when tradition conflicts with personal health.
Friday-History of Spanish Slides 1-27 and The Arabic Influence slides 28-41. Answer the comprehension questions about the Arabic influence as we progress.

Foreign Cultures
Tuesday- Seating Chart. Overview of the commonly used sites. Log in to GC. Review the syllabus and class expectations. Get the food permission slip. To be signed and returned by Friday.
Theme- What is Culture? How does one's culture shape who they are?
Wednesday- Review the culture iceberg. Discuss how each thing could affect someone's personality, opinion, behavior, etc. Take the All About the Teacher quiz on Google Form. Discuss results and how each answer has shaped me.
Thursday-Get Personal Culture project. Each project will be displayed around the room when completed. Due next week. Reaction Prompt- Realize Who I Am prompt.
Thursday and Friday- Work on Personal Culture project. Turn in when completed.
