Spanish 1
Monday- Using the subject pronoun box, fill in the appropriate pronouns on page 2-3 and 3-6. We will go over the answers together for pronunciation and beads.
Tuesday- Get the AR verb conjugation notes. Add the conjugation box to the next page in the interactive notebooks.
Wednesday- Get the conjugation notes and work on the practice page on the back. Learn the conjugation chant.
Thursday- Trade papers with a partner and grade them. Get the AR packet. Translate the sentences and input the appropriate verb conjugation.
Friday- Complete the packet.
Standards- Infer meaning of unfamiliar vocabulary using word families. Make comparisons between the native and target languages and cultures. Extend conversational skills by interacting with the language in culturally appropriate ways.
Spanish 2- Family Vocabulary with Gustar, Possessive Adjectives, First Person Irregulars, and Stem-changers
Monday- Complete part F from the phone tree worksheet to review the verb venir and its conjugations. Complete the Cap. 6 Entre Familia Primer Paso page together for vocab review. Use a dictionary to translate each of the nouns in part H.
Tuesday- Fill in the blanks on part H to practice the possessive adjectives. Complete Hoja de practica 6-7 individually and then go over the answers aloud for pronunciation practice and review of the verb tener.
Wednesday- Friday- Work through the family vocabulary activities on Google Classroom. Turn in when completed.
Coming up- Get the Family Tree assignment.

Hispanic Civ.- Spain Spotlight
All week- Using the Spanish virtual classroom, students will independently explore the 27 live links and watch videos of various cultural aspects. TSW use google earth and city360 to explore the 10 major cities listed on the board. Reflection- write a summary of two tourist sites specific to each city.
Friday- Use google earth to explore Granada. Complete the reflection page.

Monday- Mexico Blooket for test review. Work through therest of the South American slideshow. Peru- beauty standard compare to our beauty standards. Play a review blooket. Finish Mexico slideshow and take the Mexico tour virtual classroom. Play a Blooket review of North America. Take the North America quiz.
Wednesday- Map of Central and South America. Fill in the countries. Complete the Central America and Caribbean countries slides. Review the vocabulary words and phrases. Identify where they are found in the slideshow and how they relate to each other. Play a review Blooket. Listen to a sample of the accents from Central and South Americans. Identify the South American countries on the map. Start the South America slideshow.
Thursday- Work through the South American slideshow. Peru- beauty standard compare to our beauty standards.
Friday- South American test review. Test Monday.
