Online Reservations

To sign up to use computer labs, conference rooms, media spaces, and the learning stairs, you will need to do so online. To access the online reservation system, simply go to:

http://labs.flaschools.org/hs

  • There are pull down areas near the top that let you select which area (labs, conference rooms, or field trips) you want to view.

  • Clicking on a date at the top of the schedule will show you all of the items available for that date within that group (computer labs, or media spaces, etc.).

  • Clicking on the room will show that room's availability for a week.

To sign up for a time slot, click on an empty location for the time and place you want to reserve. This will bring you to a sign-up form. Several things to note as you fill out this form:

  • Brief Description - Include your name, so we know who has reserved the room.

  • Periods - the number of periods is based on the blocks of time on the schedule. Notice that skinny classes are equal to 1 period, but 4th period is equal to 4 periods (one for each lunch block) and 5th period is equal to 2 periods. So, for example, if you wanted to check out a lab period 2 through period 4, you would actually be checking out the lab for 6 periods (1 for 2nd, 1 for 3rd, and 4 for 4th)

  • Before school - the lab will be considered yours from the time the building opens until 8 am.

  • After school - the lab will be considered yours until 5 pm. If you intend to use a lab after 5 pm, this must be cleared with community education.

Please limit your use to allow access by all departments.

The media center spaces are located on their own. Due to the difficulty in supervision, the Glass Classroom and Media Conference Room C need direct supervision.

Note that you can use both shift-click and control-click to select multiple rooms at one time. This would be useful if you were reserving several conference rooms at a time.
