At this first screen, you can

      • choose how many rooms you want (participants divided evenly)

    • Re-shuffle the random arrangement

    • clear to start from scratch

    • drag and drop participants from one room to another

    • To initiate the breakout rooms, click the green "Create" button at the bottom of the screen.

    • Participants will get a pop-up box, inviting them to "Join" the assigned room

Once breakout rooms are underway, as the host you can:

        • wait in the main room where participants will come to upon leaving their breakout rooms (participants can pop on and out to ask questions if they wish)

    • you can click the "Join" button to participate in any specific breakout room

    • click the "Leave" button to leave a breakout room and return to the main room

    • The "Edit breakout rooms" will allow you to make changes to assignments, which will create new pop-ups inviting participants to change rooms

    • "End breakout rooms" which puts everyone back in the main room

    • Breakout rooms remain configured even after the "end" so that you can reuse the rooms multiple times during a meeting.

Meetings with more than 5 participants will also generate an attendance report like the one below that will be emailed to the meeting's host.
