Black Fire Snake - Using powdered sugar instead of normal sugar makes it faster because the grains are smaller.
Sugar Volcano - This is faster than the Black Fire Snake. It uses everything except the sand.
Ingredients - 1:4 baking soda and sugar, sand, ethanol and tote tray
Method - sprinkle the sand over the tote tray. Pour the (mixed) sugar and baking soda on top of the tray, creating a small cone shape. Pour the ethanol onto the tote tray. Light the sugar and baking soda. After this, step back so you don't inhale any fumes, or else you'll die :)
Next time - we'll use caster sugar instead of normal sugar and icing sugar. Today the icing sugar worked faster at the start.

Making Black Fire Snake Faster - Link
Do the experiment first then pour sand over it to stop it after a little bit. After, do another pile of caster sugar and baking soda into a small mountain. Put more ethanol on the the caster sugar and baking soda then light it once again. Now it should grow faster and upwards more.

Try to make the test safer
This time, I'll try to only pour the ethanol on the pile and on the pile inside the sand. It should hopefully not cause the fire to spread this time :)
