Ingredients:
180g quinoa
25 g soy granules
Vegetable broth
60g oat flakes
15g flax seeds
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 small carrot
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 level teaspoon salt
1 pinch of chili
1 pinch of pepper
Filling:
75 g vegan cream cheese
3 tbsp fresh chives
Preparation:
Cook quinoa until soft
Soak soy granules in vegetable broth, pour off after 10 minutes
Grate onion, garlic and carrot into small pieces
Mix all the ingredients and let them swell briefly
Mix cream cheese and chives
Form the quinoa mixture into 60 g balls and fill with cream cheese
