I do Scottish Country Dancing, and often I spot the opportunity for a pun on the name of a dance, or a possible modification. I have even written some original dances.

The RSCDS have published an updated guide to warming up for dancing, but made it members-only. For your safety, I am including it here. Yo ho ho! I have informed some of the people involved that I would do this, and they didn't offer to send the ninjas after me. But if I or the link disappear, you will know why.
