Interveillance

Jansson created the term "interveillance" in 2012, and it is a "cultural condition where identity create, expressivity and mediated peer-to-peer monitoring come together. In late modern socieites, interveillance, and the media applied, have become a routinized means (amongst others) for maintaining a sense of ontological security (Giddens, 1991).
