Digital Labor
Digital labor is an idea that "the dominant captial accumulation model of contemporary corporate intent platforms is based on the exploitation of unpaid labor by users, who engage in the creation of content and the use of blogs, social networking site, wikis, microblogs, content sharing sites for fun and in these actives value that is at the hear of profit generation" (p. 55). It is associated with the idea of play labor (or playbor).
