Lesson Objectives
By the end of the lesson, the learners will be able to:
Define what fortitude and calmness are
State the factors that cause worries, and the solutions to overcome these negative feelings
Point out some of the challenges and pressures that children experience at home, school, and community

The learners are able to:
Exhibit fortitude in accomplishing the assigned activities

Starting the lesson by asking "Have you gone through any challenges in your life?" "What was that and how did you overcome it?"
After letting the learners share their experience, the teacher will then introduce the topic for the day.
The teacher will explain and differentiate what calmness and fortitude is and will give examples.

Evaluation
List down the factors that cause worries, anxieties, and pressures in your everyday activities in the first column. Write down the solutions to overcome these negative feelings in the second column. An example is given.

Form a group and do a role play on how to get away with bullying.
