After reading and reviewing the classroom/remote learning management plan from different sources and creating your own plan, answer the following questions.
1. What salient components have you noted?
The salient component I have noted is about the online safety of students it’s dangerous if we are not responsible for what we are doing online.
2. Why is there a need to utilize the information to create your classroom management plan?
We need to utilize the information in creating our classroom management plan because, when done correctly, it reduces student misconduct that obstructs learning. However, as with any part of teaching, you'll learn as you go what works and what doesn't.
3. What were the significant things that you noticed when you were implementing plan?
Things like we should be specific.
Be clear of what you are trying to imply.
Be straightforward don’t be too flowery.
And students cannot cope easily, it takes time to cope with it.
4. Were there items in your classroom /remote learning management plan which were not tailored to the needs of your students? How will you improve on these?
Not clicking suspicious links because not everyone will follow this. Everyone is curious and we can’t stop that. So to improve this ill make orientation to convince them to avoid suspicious links because they may be harmful like it contains viruses or your account will be hacked.

1. What elements in your classroom/remote learning management plan were mostly followed/ complied with?
Being on time, don’t be late during classes.
2. What elements in your plan were the most difficult to implement? Why?
KEEP A CLEAN DIGITAL FOOTPRINT.
Because students today post and share everything without knowing it can't be good for their future and we can't control them. They post anything they like to share anything. They don't think before they click Without knowing it can be bad for their image and it may affect their job or career. The only thing we can do is to orient them about their digital footprint.

What were your realizations after creating and implementing your classroom /remote learning management plan?
My realization after creating and implementing your classroom/remote learning management plan is it has been hard. It is difficult especially in a classroom management plan because u have think of management plans that will fit or be tailored to the learners. It's difficult what's to think what's their needs so can learn effectively. And I find it difficult also in the implementation is that not all your plan will work. The other plans work but not of all of them so i think it is a an on going and changing classroom management plan so that will fit to right time and place for the students.

1. The problems/challenges I encountered in writing my Classroom Management Plan.
The problems/challenges I encountered in writing my Classroom Management Plan is what are the rules and procedures that will be put in my classroom management plan that will fit the students' needs.
REFLECT
2. I hope to achieve to address these problems and challenges by asking their opinions or making an open forum about what they really need to learn effectively, and I will take down notes to help me what should I implement and not.
PLAN
3. Some strategies/solutions/means that I can employ to improve the problems that I can employ to improve these situations/Problems.
-I will make an open forum about rules and procedures to fit what they really need.
- During the forum I'll take down notes
- Record the open forum or video it in case something in my notes
-Go back to my classroom management plan and analyze, fix everything, what should be included and not
- Then I'll make the forum an open forum again and I will let them read the rules and procedures in the classroom management plan. If there's anything they can add or change I'll take down notes. I will keep doing the open forum until the rules and procedures in the classroom management plan will finally fit the needs of the learners.
ACT
4. Based on my answers in nos. 1-3, the possible title of my action research on this episode is the Rules and Procedures of classroom management plan: Learners true needs in Effective learning.
