1. Which of the three responsibilities shows majority of the indicators being practiced?
All the three responsibilities (Actual Teaching, Management of Learning, Administrative Work) that are being showed is the majority that being practiced.
2. Which demonstrated behavior, do you find in the teacher that is worthy of emulation when you become a teacher? Describe.
The way how she teaches, she has daily routine. Everything that she gives to her students is very worthy like she can easily get the attention of all the learners, many strategies enough to show how passionate she is as a teacher.
3. Which of the major responsibilities does this teacher find difficult to comply with? What are the reasons?
No difficult responsibilities, as the matter of fact she can handle all.
4. From your perspective, would you consider this teacher as quality teacher? Why?
Yes, she is a good communicator. A good listener, can focus collaboration, all the qualities of a good teacher is definitely see.
REFLECT
Now, that you have spent one school day to observe this teacher, it would be good for you to reflect on all your observations by answering reflective questions below.
1. Are you inspired to become a teacher after your observations? If yes, why? If no, why not?
I know that being a teacher is really difficult because you need to comply all those paper works, requirements everywhere and it takes hardship as well as you need to have hard-faced to accept all the challenges. But, it doesn’t mean that I will give up in my dreams. Yes, after I observe my Facilitator Teacher I really inspire most because I can really see that she loved teaching. How loved is it to be a teacher.
2. When you become a teacher in the future, how else would you do better as a professional teacher?
I will do everything as much as I can just to give my students my very best. They will be comfortable with me, can talk to me every time they have problems, know their needs, and everything.
3. What are some of the concerns that you foresee in the future as a quality teacher? Do you think you will be ready to address these? Give at least 2 concerns.
How to manage the learners correctly without giving them stressful projects and how can I get their attention in class discussion easily with some excitement. As of now, I cannot tell perfectly if I’m ready to address that kind of situation but one thing for sure is that I’m willing to take risk and give all my very best because I really want to become a good teacher.
4. In what aspects of the teacher’s day, would you like to congratulate the teacher observed? Can you show your appreciation to this teacher by sending a Thank You card?
