1. How do you give feedback to your students regarding their performance? When do you give feedback?
The teacher gave their feedback regarding to students performance by explaining them how they got their grades. They gave feedback commonly in a open forum or a meeting.
2. How do you report students' performance to parents? Does the school have a regular way of reporting grades to parents?
By informing them I talked to the students then after that i gave them a weaver to inform the parents on how there child performing in school. Yes school has a regular way of reporting grades to parents like classroom parent-teacher conference.
3. What problems on grade reporting did you encounter with parents? How did you address it/them?
The problems is like why is my child has low grade in this particular subject. I address them by explaining on how they got the grades and give suggestions on how to improve their grade.

I think his/her attitudes in school.

Yes, i found it important to keep track of how my child doing in school.

No so far.

The common issue raised on students' performance is why they have low grades in some particular subject.
2. Based on your observations and findings, what practices must be a) maintained and b) improved to make grades and reporting meaningful?
The classroom parent-teacher conference this practice should be maintained and should improve to make grades and reporting more meaningful.
REFLECT
Grades are often a source of misunderstanding. How should I do reporting so that it will result to effective learning?
Grades are just figures; they aren't a true reflection of our true abilities and skills as individuals. In order to evaluate oneself in knowing and understanding the true meaning of efficient learning, we must first understand our learning capacities and study habits. To offer excellent reporting, you must keep it short and simple, be direct and to the point, and understand your audience. You can simply capture your audience's interest by doing so.
