Analyze the checklist you have accomplished and answer the given questions:
1. How many strategies were employed by the Resource Teacher? Did these contribute to better classroom management? Explain your answer.
There were 14 out of 15 strategies were being employed. These strategies contribute to the betterment of classroom management because it is observable to the student’s action because of the strategies imparted by the teacher itself. The strategies help the teacher to organize the classroom by groupings or individual. Also, it helps to encourage students to participate actively in the class.
2. What were not used by the Resource Teacher? Were these important? What should have been used instead? Explain.
There is only 1 strategy that the teacher was not able to use, and this is Writing group contracts. For me no, because being in a group means you have already a responsibility to cooperate and join them in every tasks. You shall not give reasons for having why you do not able to cooperate with them. It is definitely a group work so therefore everyone in the group should cooperate. Instead of having group contracts, why put strictly follow the given deadline in order for the students to practice punctuality in terms of submissions.

1. What classroom management strategies do I need to employ to respond to diverse types of learners?
As a future teacher I will employ group activities and asking questions from the students about the content and topic we have been discussed throughout the discussion. This will help me to practice themselves in a group effort or cooperation for them to succeed in some other times of reality and utilize the given questions to clarify them what I think lacks in their understanding throughout my lesson. I will also given them out-door activities that will respond to the diversity of the learners such as interviewing and sharing in to the class for them to analyze and comprehend the different kinds of learners that with them.
