1. What are the teaching implications of the students’ test scores and grades?
Test scores and grades indicate the performance of the students. Obtaining high test scores and grades didn't mean that the students really learned a lot, there are instances that the students gain high scores and grades but they did not learn all of the lessons. The degree of the test scores and grades show the effectiveness of the teaching implied by a teacher. These will help the teacher to see what she can do about it, whether she will apply some strategies to improve the outcome of her teaching. Test scores and grades give a hint to both students and teachers on which they need to brush up.
2. In what subjects did students perform best? Poorest?
I have found out the majority of the students perform best in MAPEH subject because most of them do really like performances like dancing and singing. On the contrary, the majority of the students performed poorest in math subject. They find it a difficult subject.
3. How was the PTC attendance of parents and guardians? What does this imply?
Due to the pandemic, the conference meeting was not the same before, it was limited only to a small group. There were scheduled given by the teacher for every parent when they can come to school for PTC. During the PTC, some parents seemed unbothered about the performance of their children, however, for those students who were running for the honor/academic award, their parents asked the teacher if how was the performance of their children.
During the PTC, there were dialogues between the teacher and parents. The teacher listened to the parents' concerns and they also listen to the advise given by the teacher to help their children. This PTC implied that knowing the parents concerned helps the teacher to understand each student and also, the parents also would be aware of their children's performances in school.
4. What parents/guardians’/comments were most common during Card-Giving Day?
The parents were really concerned about their children's performance in school. The first thing they'd ask was "Does my child do unacceptable behavior, ma'am?". The parents wanted to know the behavior of their children inside the classroom because it will impact their grades.
Reflect
What personal message do I get from these students’ scores, grades and parents’/guardians’ PTC attendance and comments?
By doing a PTC helps both parents and the teacher because both of them should be aware and knowledgeable about the children as a student. Knowing the children's performance in school is necessary for the parents for them not to get shocked if their children's grades would low or high. There are many reasons why there are students who get low grades and test scores and to help them or solve this problem, the cooperation of both parents and teachers is needed.

OBSERVE
1. One good thing that I observed in scoring/grading/Parents-Teachers Conference was the parents talked about their concerns to the teacher to whom they noticed that their children's grades were decreasing.
2. One thing that did not go very well in scoring/grading/Parents-Teachers Conference was there were parents who seemed unbothered about their children's low performance. They just went there for the required purposes and did not really care if their children's performance, behavior, and attitude should improve or not.
REFLECT
The scoring/grading/Parents-Teachers Conference went well because the parents cooperate well and they came on the said schedule.
The scoring/grading/Parents-Teachers Conference did not go well because there were parents who did not listen properly.
ACT
To ensure that the scoring, grading and the conduct of PTC serve their purpose, I will read researches on how to manage PTC properly and watch a video on the right manner and attitude during and after PTC.
PLAN
To help improve scoring, grading practices and the conduct of PTC, I would like to conduct an action research on The Involvement of Parents during PTC.
Work on my Artifacts
Compile samples of scoring and grade computation that you did. The tests and products/portfolios that you score and Students 'Report Card must belong to the same students to see development. Include snapshots of PTC's and list of parents'/guardians' comments during PTC and how these comments were addressed.
