What will you do to assist your mentor in setting up a conducive learning environment in the following conditions:
Bulletin Board Display
Well, I will do some research if the materials that are being used is safety for every body. I will give my big help to make the bulletin board display look neat and attractive. (Openness)
Small Group Discussion
If I will be given a chance to speak maybe the first thing that I would do is that I will encourage the learners that everyone should have the feeling of connectedness especially all of them must provide feedback. (Flexibility)
Checking class attendance in a virtual classroom (i.e. google meet or zoom)
I will get to know the students by name as quickly as possible and also know some personal things about each other. (Psychological atmosphere)
Learning Environment 1:
What have you noticed of the display in the class bulletin board? What message or theme does it convey?
I have noticed that the students' work is there and also the upcoming events, students who are on Top, and especially the do's and don'ts if the class begins. The message that wants to convey on the display bulletin board is "study hard, obey the rules".
-What makes it attractive to the learners?
In terms of the design, very attractive and can even attract learners' eyes. The colors are good and it really fits the theme aside from that the text is good it is readable.
-Does it help in the learning process? How?
Yes, especially students who are on top of the class. The fact, students who are not on the list of the Top will strive harder to put their names on the display bulletin board. Also, they will have more motivation to study well.
Learning Environment 2:
-If the teacher is using a distance delivery of learning through the modules, where is most likely the learning space of the students?
Under the trees
-Can you describe?
I would rather go under the trees of the learning space of the students because in that way learners can focus on their studies with no distraction and what lovely is they can relax of the fresh air unlike in the house, many distractions.
How can you as a teacher help to make such environment conducive for learning?
The first thing I would do is get to know my students that's very important. I would let my students also to get to know me, address my students' needs, avoid judging them, create a sense of order etc.
Analyze
As a teacher, in which of the two situations would you prefer to manage for learning? Learning Environment 1 or Learning Environment 2. Explain your choice. Why?
As a future teacher, in order to manage the learning well, I would choose Learning Environment 1. I believe that Learning Environment 1 is very helpful to the learners since they have the ability to think about what the display is all about they will be able to see that display bulletin board. By that, they will analyze if how worth it that bulletin is and also the learning is really managed well.
Reflect
Based on my noticing and analysis, I realized that
a. Motivation of the Learners is very important.
b. Guide the Learners every time they need help.
c. A great teacher is a key.

"My Conducive Learning Environment"
My Conducive Learning Environment is not that perfect and honestly, I try my best to make it conducive.
Well, every time I want to study such a noisy environment was there and I can't even focus. What did I do is that I create something to be called my study hub and by that, I can feel a more conducive atmosphere for studying.
If we have a group activity or a small group discussion I feel connected to them and all of us help each other by providing feedback together in both cases we talk with open arms and curiosity. I always put in my mind positive vibes, thoughts as well as positive energy to make my learning studies more meaningful. Making it easy, possible, or likely for something to happen or exist is what my conducive learning.
