1. What parts must a TOS contain to ensure test content validity?
topic/learning outcome
number of items
number of hours
2. Why is there a need for number of items per cognitive level?
The table of specifications (TOS) is a tool used to ensure that a test or assessment measures the content and thinking skills that the test intends to measure.
3. With OBE in mind, is it correct to put learning outcome not topic in the first column? Why or why not?
Yes, its correct to put learning outcome in the first column because today education now is commonly outcome-based so it would be appropriate if we put learning outcome instead of topic.
4. Can a teacher have a test with content validity even without making a TOS?
5. Complete the given TOS.
REFLECT
Read this conversation and reflect on teachers' assessment practices. Write your reflections here.
Student A: Saan naman pinulot ni Teacher ang kaniyang tanong? Niisang tanong sa inuro, wala! (Where did Teacher get her test? Not one of what she taught came out)
Student B: Oo nga.! Nakakainis! (You are right! How annoying!")
Did you have a similar experience? Reflect on it. Will the required use of Table of Specifications as guide in test construction solve the problem of misaligned tests?
Yes, I have similar experience before and the required use of Table of Specifications as guide in test construction can solve the problem of misaligned tests.

· Analysis
My analysis is every part of the TOS is should be done correctly to avoid problems.
· Reflection
My reflection is TOS will greatly help in our pedagogy. We should be literate about it, because it will make the teaching-learning process because the purpose of a Table of Specifications is to identify the achievement domains being measured and to ensure that a fair and representative sample of questions appear on the test. A Table of Specifications enables the teacher to create a test that focuses on the most important areas and weights them accordingly. A Table of Specifications gives the teacher proof that an exam is content valid, meaning it covers everything that should be covered.
