3. For a teacher to be great, is it enough to possess the professional competencies to plan a lesson, execute a lesson plan, manage a class, assess learning, compute and report grades? Explain your answer.
A teacher's brilliance is not determined by how successfully he or she can prepare and execute a lesson plan, manage a class, assess learning, or compute and report grades. These are just signs that a teacher is carrying out his or her duties in accordance with his or her job description.
A teacher's excellence is determined by his or her outputs, which are the students. We can state that a teacher is exceptional if his or her students get considerable learning from them. Students have an excellent instructor if they can apply what they've learned in class to real-life problems. If a teacher inspires pupils to pursue their aspirations and set greater goals, then the instructor is exceptional. A excellent teacher is one who can make a difference in the lives of his or her students. A teacher does not have to be a super genius.

Personal Qualities is more important.
A teacher is supposed to possess any or all of the following qualities: openness, accessibility, simplicity, friendliness, honesty, cheerfulness, humility, calmness, nonjudgmental, empathetic, fairness, and justice, among others. Students feel at ease approaching and speaking with such teachers. Personal traits are also crucial since learning happens by osmosis,' especially when it comes to student qualities and character.

2. REFLECT
The lack of these personal traits and professional competencies ( mentioned in number 1) may be caused by stress dealing with terrible students.
3.PLAN
I would like to address this problem (mentioned in # 2) by conducting an action research on how terrible students change to be good students.
4. ACT
a) The main objective of my action research is: to correct the unpleasant behavior of students to become better and help improve in their academics.
b) My specific research questions are:
What are the reasons they are having bad behaviors?
Are they bullied in school, home, or somewhere else?
c) To answer our specific research questions, I need to interview his/her teacher, classmates, parents, and everyone around him/her so I will know the reasons for his/her unaccepted behavior and make strategies to motivate him/her in schooling especially in his/her academics.
